Austin's O.T.W. Minting is an all-in-one NFT creation platform offering:
To use the Platform you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Austin's O.T.W. Minting may provide a custodial wallet service. You acknowledge:
Austin's O.T.W. Minting charges fees for minting NFTs. Fees vary by blockchain and membership status.
4.1 Per-Mint Base Fees (Non-Members)

Complexity surcharges (+$1/trait, +$5/custom smart contract deployment) are waived for all active subscribers on any tier. Non-members pay surcharges on top of the base fee.
4.2 IPFS Pinning Fees
NFT media assets and metadata are pinned to IPFS via Pinata for permanent decentralized storage. Non-members are charged $1.50 per pin (each asset file and its associated metadata file counts as one pin each). Active subscribers on any paid tier receive free IPFS pinning.
4.3 External Wallet Transfer Fee
Transferring a minted NFT to an external wallet incurs a $1.00 fee. This fee is waived for Premium and Unlimited tier subscribers.
4.4 Gas Fees
All users are responsible for paying blockchain network gas fees, which are charged by the respective network and are outside Austin's O.T.W. Minting's control. As a member benefit:
4.5 Card Payments
All platform fees (mint fees, burn fees, transfer fees, and subscriptions) are collected via secure card payment through Polsia's Stripe integration. No cryptocurrency is required to pay fees. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; Austin's O.T.W. Minting does not store card details.
4.6 Marketplace Commission
Austin's O.T.W. Minting operates an NFT marketplace. A 3% commission is charged on all sales completed through the marketplace. This commission is deducted from the sale proceeds and transferred to Austin's O.T.W. Minting's revenue wallet.
No Refunds: All platform fees are non-refundable once a minting transaction has been initiated. Gas fees, IPFS pinning, and marketplace commissions are non-refundable. Austin's O.T.W. Minting does not control blockchain network gas fees, which are charged by the network and outside our control.
Austin's O.T.W. Minting offers four subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Premium, Unlimited). Pricing varies by primary blockchain. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of any NFTs, artwork, and creative content you upload, generate, or mint through Austin's O.T.W. Minting. Minting an NFT does not transfer copyright to Austin's O.T.W. Minting or any third party.
License to Austin's O.T.W. Minting: By uploading content, you grant Austin's O.T.W. Minting a limited, non-exclusive license to display, process, and store your content solely to provide the Service.
Austin's O.T.W. Minting IP: The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Austin's O.T.W. Minting. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP without written consent.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content does not infringe third-party rights.
You may not use Austin's O.T.W. Minting to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions without refund.
NFT minting involves inherent blockchain risks. You acknowledge:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Austin's O.T.W. Minting and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Austin's O.T.W. Minting in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Austin's O.T.W. Minting is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. We make no representations about the value, legality, or tax treatment of any NFT minted through our platform.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Austin's O.T.W. Minting shall be resolved as follows:
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending transactions may still be processed at our discretion. You may export your NFT data before termination.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
